Why you can be confident that I can help

I have a real blend of lived experience! My whole career (30 years) has been focussed on development and coaching

25 years working in a range of corporate organisations as a Leadership Development specialist and in-house Exec and Team coach – which included 4 years with a specialist focus on procuring and quality checking coaching and training.

I set up my own Development and Coaching business, Make Real Progress in 2020 (yep, during lockdown!) and quickly built my network and clients. I now have a core of repeat business, referrals and recommendations for my corporate work, a team of associate coaches and support coaches like you to build their businesses and L&D skillsets.

I know what works, what doesn’t and I’ll be sharing it all with you on the programme. I’ll bring bags of inspiration, passion and energy and YOU will leave with clear, practical actions that mean you’ll make progress.

The Coaching for Corporates programme is for you if …
  • You’re a qualified coach who either wants to start selling to corporates or who are already doing so and want to retain more clients and grow your business

  • You want to build your credibility with corporate clients

  • You want to make an impact with your work and get results

  • You’re open to exploring alternate development methods outside of 1-1 coaching (e.g. team coaching, group coaching, workshops, training programmes)

And it’s not for you if:
  • You’re not open to viewing your service from a fresh perspective

  • You don’t want to market yourself

  • You’re looking for a super quick and easy solution

  • You want to ‘cold-sell’ your coaching – that’s not the approach I take or advocate

  • You already have as many clients as you can accept

There’s opportunity to join both sessions half an hour before the live teaching starts, and to stay for half an hour after it ends if you’d like to collaborate and connect with other participants. Ideal for getting additional perspectives and brain-power, plus you’ll be building a broader network who can potentially support you in the longer term too.

Where will the programme run?

Both sessions and your follow up 1-1 will be run on Zoom

How long is the programme?

There are 2 live taught sessions, each are 3 hours. In addition, you’ll have a 30-minute 1-1

Is this just a webinar?

Absolutely not! Both sessions will be live taught and involve participation and interaction  - with opportunities for Q&A and discussion

I’m not a qualified coach, is this suitable for me?

A lot will depend on your experience and background. For example, if you’re an experienced trainer, then yes – there are a lot of parallels and the programme will work well for you. For others, it really does depend. Pop me an email to katy@makerealprogress.co.uk and I’ll help you work it out.

Will you give personalised support?

Yep! A lot of coaches have very similar challenges, so where there are core themes, we’ll cover those initially in the programme. However, you also have a 30 minute 1-1 with me after the programme where we can get laser focussed on exactly what you want to cover in private.

I can’t make the dates, but I really want the support!

You’ve got a few options here:
1) join the waitlist to hear first when the next dates are released
2) I have limited spaces available for 1-1 mentoring 
3) We’ll shortly be releasing a pre-recorded version of the programme that you can devour whenever it suits you (n.b. this will be cheaper, but won’t include the 30 minute 1-1)

Do you offer refunds?

In exceptional circumstances, we do consider it with at least one week’s notice. However, once you’ve received our materials or training, we don’t. We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable alternative, which may be pre-recorded materials.
