I'm Katy, an L&D specialist with 28 years experience.

Where will the Programme run?
All of the ANYTIME content is hosted on our Learning Hub. The monthly Fired Up, Ready to Grow! collaboration sessions are on Zoom.
The LIVE programme workshop-building sessions and 1-1 session will also be on Zoom.
When will the LIVE sessions be?
The two LIVE sessions in Build It Quickly Live will take place on 21st and 28th March 2025.
How long is the Programme?
The ANYTIME content takes just under 2 hours to complete. All 20 videos are bite sized and between 3 and 13 minutes.
LIVE participants complete the ANYTIME content first, then have 6 hours of workshop building and support over 2 sessions, and an hour 1-1.
Both ANYTIME and LIVE participants can join our monthly Fired Up, Ready to Grow! 60 min collaboration sessions for ongoing support, ideas and Q&A.
I'm a coach - is this suitable for me?
Absolutely! We’ve helped many coaches who are fab at 1-1 and want to deliver workshops as an invaluable addition to their services.
How much does it cost?
The LIVE programme is £995 + VAT (£1194 total)
or you can pay in 3 x Monthly Instalments of £331.67 + VAT (£398 total per instalment, £1194 total cost)
The ANYTIME programme price is £595 + VAT (£714 total)
Will you give feedback on my build?
The LIVE programme includes a 1-1 with me and the time is yours for feedback, ideas or even to build out another workshop with you. Plus I'll be there with guidance and support during the live group sessions.
The ANYTIME doesn't include the 1-1 feedback session with me, or the support to build your workshop (but you can upgrade to LIVE after booking if you'd like to).
You can join our monthly Fired Up, Ready to Grow! collaboration sessions for feedback, ideas and tips.
Is this a Train the Trainer programme?
Our focus is on building the workshop rather than delivering it.
However, previous participants on our LIVE programme have said how much they’ve learnt through watching me in action.
Plus, there are always brilliant tips and ideas shared on the monthly Fired Up, Ready to Grow! collaboration sessions.
Do I need any previous L&D knowledge?
No! We deliberately keep it practical and step-by-step.
If you’re brand new into the world of L&D, joining our monthly collaboration sessions will really help expand your knowledge too.
Do you offer refunds?
Once you’ve accessed the learning content and started the development, refunds aren’t available if you change your mind.
However, we have a money-back guarantee if you work through the programme, implement our processes, attend collaboration sessions and still don't feel you can create your workshop!
